Yunaka - Fire Emblem Engage [ENFP - Ne Dom]
Yunaka is a character from the Nintendo Switch video game: Fire Emblem Engage. From her interactions with other characters, way of processing information, and most apparent struggles, I have concluded Yunaka is an ENFP, Ne-Dom. [Ne-Fi-Te-Si]

As a disclaimer, these are just my opinions. I will keep posts "spoiler-free" from major story elements of newer game/anime series, but will delve into the character's individual story arcs. I don't attempt to fully explain a character with my typing, instead search for their "best-fit" type.
Yunaka's Struggle [Extroverted Intuition - Introverted Sensing]
“Oh, right, I skipped over the niceties. You can call me Yunaka. Hiya papaya!”
Yunaka joins the roster early on as a thief, introducing herself with much enthusiasm and funny phrases. She seeks out help from the protagonist (Alear), to find the ring she had lost. Later after the ring is recovered from bandits, she admits to having stolen it for money. Despite this, the Alear understands her reasoning and recruits her into the group, believing her skills would be a great asset.
Yunaka is presented as a very conflicted character. This is reflected in her introduction to the story. She projects an image of someone very optimistic, open to experience, and well-intentioned. However, these are very much half truths, she's also cautious, closed-off, and self-interested.
When character vacillate between two sides of their personality, it can be a good example of the pull between the dominant and inferior functions. Ne can open, adaptable, Si can be more cautious, but the importance is the interaction between the two.
Si deals with perceptions (inner) of the past, but isn't just the past. Si is concrete inner perceptions through time, how perceptions of the past correlates to the future. Ne is about perceiving what's abstract, wanting to change, adapt, innovate, new possibilities. Si is the tether holding Ne in place.
For Yunaka, she's reinventing herself. Trying to become who she has always wanted to be. Living up to her ideals/ethics. Her ideal self is the one she presents on the surface. Many characters suggest that she's already achieved what she's chasing, but its hard for her to believe it.
She feels the pull of her past actions, habits, how the environment shaped her inner self. She has a dislike for routine work (low Si) and recounts her perceptions of such negatively.
Her past was hostile: she was mistreated, forced to deal with repetitive demands, abandoned. The no-nonsense, cold personality is a response to her environment, not her one and only true nature. It is still a part of her,
